unite...

Posted by David |

Prayer and unity: two of the big themes of the past decade at Wesley. I wanted to remind you about UNITE, the prayer service tomorrow night in Tate 2. Over the last few years, there have been several events that have tried to bring campus ministries together, and each has played a part in the growing unity among the Christian bodies on campus. Tuesday will be the first time that an event will be truly organized and led by multiple groups, with no single person or body taking the forefront. We couldn’t be more pumped!

Over the years, Wesley has seen some amazing things happen through the Father’s generous answers to prayer. Our big chapel exists because a group of students and staff fasted and prayed for several weeks to the end that a random, out of the blue, gift was made that enabled the building to be constructed. There have been prayers that shifted the entire course of the ministry, prayers that upheld the body in very difficult times. We hope that our united worship and prayers tomorrow night will change the climate of campus and continue the radical move of God that has been growing during the last few years.

Hope you can make it…8pm @ Tate 2.
