Urgent Restoration Need!

Do you have experience being a stage manager? If so, then you are HIGHLY NEEDED by the Restoration committee!

You must be available at these three times:

Dress Rehearsal, Monday April 5 from 3:30-10:00 p.m.
Tech Rehearsal, Friday April 9 from 12:00-4:00 p.m.
Show, Friday April 9 at 7:30 p.m.
(All events happen at the Classic Center)

RESTORATION T-SHIRTS

Buy last year's shirts tonight for the bargin price of $5.00 (which is less than HALF the price from last year).

Tonight is also the FINAL NIGHT that you can order this year's shirt. You must bring your money ($12, which supports this awesome ministry) tonight if you want to order a shirt!

Teach for America

Dear everyone at Wesley, 
I hope that the week going well!  My name is Kelley Moore and I am a Teach For America Campus Campaign Coordinator here on UGA's campus.  (I'm also a 4th-year student leader at Wesley on Redeemed Ministries.)  As some of you may know, Teach For America is a national non-profit organization that places our nation’s future leaders from all academic backgrounds and career aspirations to work in low-income communities for two years to help eliminate educational inequity.  Throughout the spring and beginning of the next school year, we will be having events and meetings on campus.  In order to give you more information about Teach For America and these opportunities, it would be helpful if you would take 5 minutes to fill out the included interest form. Crosstrainers RETREAT!

Love volunteering? Love kids? Love having FUN?
Want to hang out with some awesome people?
Need a new (awesome) t-shirt?

Then you should definitely come volunteer at the Crosstrainers Retreat on April 10. The retreat begins Saturday (the 10th) at 8:00 a.m., and will end by lunch on Sunday (the 11th). Email Caren at carenlynn@gmail.com for more information, AND to sign-up. Caren needs to know your name, email address, phone number, shirt size, and the area you'd like to work in (crafts, recreation, etc.).

AND...don't forget that this Wednesday at Wesley we are taking up a special offering for retreat. They need $4,000 more dollars (or only 80 people to give $50).

Blood Drive, NEXT Week!

Come and donate blood on Monday, March 29th from 11:00 to 4:00 at the Georgia Center in the Mahler Auditorium! Be sure to:

  • Get a good night's sleep,
  • Eat a nourishing meal, and
  • Drink plenty of non-caffeinated fluids,
before you come donate. Remember with your one donation, you can save up to THREE lives! You can either make an appointment before hand or just come by the day of. Please email Mary Negley at mary.negley@gmail.com to sign-up, or get more information.

The DESTROYED Men's Conference is this weekend. When? THIS weekend.

Theme? Son's of Inheritance.

Schedule:

Friday...
Session 1 begins at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday...
FREE BREAKFAST served at 10:30 a.m.
Session 2 starts at 11:00 a.m.
Lunch Break
Session 3 starts at 2:00 p.m.

All sessions will be held in the prayer chapel.

All men welcome. Bring your guy friends!

Percentage Nights

Come to the Chick-Fil-A Percentage Night at the Beechwood Chick-Fil-A THIS Wednesday March 3rd from 5:00-8:00pm to help raise money for Restoration! We know it's during leadership, but we hope to see you all there before 7:00! Be sure to let them know you are there for the Wesley Foundation fundraiser. Thanks!

Hey, Wesley is taking a trip to here:

And the team is selling T-SHIRTS to help fund the way there!

Sign-up to get the annual mission trip t-shirt and support Wesley missions and the Scotland Team. The shirts cost $13. You'll be supporting missions AND getting a sweet tee! Sign-up for a shirt at Wesley during the week, or on Wednesday night. Be sure to pay by March 17!

Restoration Help Needed

Hey everyone! 


We are in need of one more stage manager for Restoration this year. Restoration is a night of worship in adoration of God – the Creator of dance! This year Restoration will be held at the Classic Center Theatre on Friday April 9th and the dress/tech rehearsal is Monday April 5th. You will need to be present for the entire dress rehearsal (3:00pm-10:00pm) and from 3:00pm-10:00pm on the day of the show.
